WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
The Studio Britta team values your time, and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
When you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without adequate notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time, and our clients on the waitlist miss the opportunity to receive treatments.
Britta values her staff’s time, and out of respect for their time pays her staff their entire wage for any missed or late cancelled appointment. Therefore, we have a strictly enforced 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Studio Britta receives payment for all appointments at the time of booking. In the event that you need to cancel and have given at least 24 hours notice, a full refund will be issued in the same method that was used to pay for the appointment.
If the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, the payment will be applied to the new appointment.
If an appointment is missed, cancelled, or rescheduled without 24 hours notice, we cannot refund the payment, nor can it be applied to a future appointment. We appreciate your understanding.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM LATE TO MY TREATMENT?
A late arrival will shorten your appointment time and cannot be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment. We understand that things come up unexpectedly that cause delays, so we allow a 20 minute grace period.* After 20 minutes, the appointment is considered missed and we are unable to refund the payment.
*There is a 10 minute grace period for Facial Tune Up Treatments
I’VE NEVER BEEN TO STUDIO BRITTA BEFORE. WHICH TREATMENT SHOULD I BOOK?
Studio Britta offers a holistic approach to our treatments which involves taking a full look into your health and skin history. Upon meeting you for the first time, we want to ensure that we have enough time at the beginning of our session to review your intake form and understand your skin goals. This will in turn help us to provide you with a customized treatment that is tailored to your unique needs. That is why we kindly ask that you book an Initial Visit with us for your first time at the Studio.

How do I prepare for my treatment?
At the time of booking your first treatment, an intake form will be emailed to you. Our practitioners use this form to prepare for the session with you, as it addresses important information such as allergies, health conditions, your skin and health history, etc.
We ask that you please fill these out prior to arriving to your first appointment. If you do not fill out the intake form at home, please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the form at the studio.
